The objective of ORTHOTUNISIA is to be the Tunisian, African and Mediterranean Leader in our market segments.\nSatisfying our customers, partners, and employees is essential in achieving the following strategic objectives:<\/p>

In order to achieve this, we are working hard to:<\/p>
1. Integrate and qualify new processes: the production of medical compression devices according to the ASQUAL standard, the assembly by High-Frequency and the maximization of the use of PLCs, as well as the cutting by the laser and CNC process, manufacturing medical masks.
2. Make our investments profitable by increasing the machine occupancy rate, by finding new customers, and optimizing cycle times.
3. Reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials.
4. Guarantee good management of human resources: Strengthen internal communication, monitor integration and training, and improve skills and working conditions.
5. Reduce supply disruptions, control the stock allocation rate and ensure the monitoring and follow-up of suppliers.
6. Ensure respect for the work environment: Monitor the preservation of products and compliance with instructions.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
